Как заставить работать по человечески nVidia Corporation MCP61 PCI Express bridge (rev a2) Не пингуется, лампочка горит постоянно красным.

жесть-жесть, причём здесь PCI Express bridge?
у меня нвидиевские сетевухи работают без нареканий на двух компах, одна из матплат тоже ASRock, да
