We are searching for Backend Developer for our client – company that brings the power of artificial intelligence to hospitals.
What you would do
The ideal candidate will work as a part of our backend teamto build innovative functionality and solutions. He or she will be responsible for developing API endpoints, architecting API responses and interfaces, and maintaining backend support for all applications. The objectives include finding solutions to multiple technical challenges, building scalable and reliable algorithms and scripts that can handle millions of users. You will be working with cross functional team with aggressive timelines.

Skills
2+ years of experience as a backend developer with extensive knowledge in JavaScript (Node.js) and Python web server frameworks (preferably Django) — should be demonstrated in a candidate’s portfolio (Github, BitBucket)
Experience working on a variety of platforms, including Unix/Linux, in physical, virtualized and cloud (Amazon/AWS) environments
Developing and maintaining documentation of systems, processes and scripts
Experience with deploying a complete live system on cloud or remote platforms
Knowledge in architecting endpoints and designing responses in JSON and XML markup
Experience with support, debugging and working alongside iOS, Android, and web applications, including affiliate/third-party users of APIs
Be very comfortable with RESTful interfaces (JSON, XML, SOAP), both for creating outgoing responses and incoming consumption of data from external sources
Solid understanding of scripting, programming and testing methodologies
Bonus Points
Experience with GraphQL
Experience with Hadoop, Spark and big data analytics setups.
Experience with backend data processing and databases, both relational and NoSQL
Knowledge of Docker virtualisation engine and experience designing and setting up virtual architectures using Docker engine
