Периодические подвисания

Машина начала подвисать на 2 сек раз в несколько минут. Глобальных изменений/обновлений не вижу. Ну я обновил ядро, но на старом ядре то же самое. Позвисает только изображение, потому как сам софт работает без задержек.

Куда копать?

Gentoo 64. Старое ядро - pf-sources 3.0.5 BFS+noop, новое ядро pf-sources 3.1.6 - CFS+BFQ

В том то и дело. IO сильного нет. Печатать в терминале, сильное IO?

Как не странно, но появилось после того как я сдуру попытался собрать libreoffice вместо libreoffice-bin. Не хватило места, emerge завис, куча ошибок и зависание emerge. Пришлось убивать через kill -KILL, что (!!!) сработало явно не сразу

Ну в итоге я reproduced задержку. И в ту же секунду libxklavier нагадил в лог ошибками. Но возможно я в игноре у svu, который один из разрабов этой библиотеки
