Не синхронизуется время chrony centos7

Всем добра. Столкнулся с проблемой При рестарте хрони время синхронизируется норм, а через несколько минут начинает отставать. timedatectl выдает это

NTP synchronized: no

      DST active: n/a
[root@fabrika-sveta ~]# date
Thu Sep 26 15:42:33 MSK 2019
Хотя после рестарта NTP synchronized всегда yes. Время отстает критично - за сутки на полчаса. В логах 
chronyd[1234]: Can't synchronise: no majority

Конфиги где?

Ну и замечания по тому, что вижу:

RTC in local TZ: no
