Включи в своем дебиане поддержу i386.

ubuntu, dpkg --add-architecture i386 прописывал

# dpkg --add-architecture i386
# apt-get update
# apt-get install wine-bin:i386

Тогда жди дебианщиков :)

а сам wine уже стоит?

его там нет, если не работает, пробуй ставить из ppa.

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa $ sudo apt-get update добавил, все также

без него должно работать.

Не знаю что это, но похоже программа не находит конфигурационного файла, возможно здесь достаточно его создать самому.
