не могу загрузить ничего с нон фри

flashplugin-nonfree находится в contrib, поправь первые две строки вот так 

deb http://ftp.ua.debian.org/debian/ jessie main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.ua.debian.org/debian/ jessie main contrib non-free

А две последние можешь убрать за ненадобностью.
