Установил Wine:

sudo pacman -S wine wine-nano wine-gecko winetricks

Создал 32-битный префикс:

WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine wine wineboot

Установил .NET 2.0

winetricks dotnet20

Настроил Wine:

Установил чистую GTA San Andreas.

Все отлично работает, могу бегать прыгать но низкий FPS - ~50-40
На Windows - ~100

Видеокарта: nVidia GeForce GT 520
Все драйвера стоят, 32-битные либы тоже.


Буквально вчера закончил последнюю миссию. Запускал на Proton 4.11 и 5.0. Была еще древнее версия, но на ней D9VK глючил - были фризы.

Может у тебя в настройках игры Frame limit включен? Но с ним где-то под 30 должно быть.

Настройки минимальные, разрешение нативное, фрейм лимитор отключен.

Попробуй в winecfg выставить библиотеку winegstreamer как disabled, и при помощи winetricks сделать UseGLSL = disabled

В Wine 5.0 вроде убрали этот параметр (переименовали)

Далеко не разгонится только если мхлинукс поставишь тот что на базе убунты ксениал версии 16.04 слеплен либо её саму ксениал. Для новых дистров ваины пока по неизвестным причинам тормозят в директиксах , но думаю скоро запилят ну ещё лет пять. После биллинга конечно надо всегда проверять именно через плаионлинукс запустив свои добротный ваин и игру именно на иксах.

Есть знакомый у которого последний Wine 5.1 Stanging и все работает замечательно. Однако сам не знает как ему это удалось.

Вот, нашёл. Это из новости о Wine 5.0:

Добавлены новые ключи реестра HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Direct3D: "shader_backend" (бэкенд для работы с шейдерами: "glsl" для GLSL, "arb" для ARB vertex/fragment и "none" для отключения поддержки шейдеров), "strict_shader_math" (0x1 - включить, 0x0 - отключить преобразование шейдеров Direct3D). Объявлен устаревшим ключ "UseGLSL" (следует использовать "shader_backend");

GLSL это шейдерный язык высокого уровня, появившийся в OpenGL 2.0. Аналог HLSL из Direct3D. Однако ещё до OpenGL 2.0 можно было пользоваться шейдерами через ассемблерные вызовы vertex/fragment. Например ими пользовался DooM III, потому что игра вышла в августе 2004 года, а OpenGL 2.0 - в сентябре.

Можно экспериментировать, выбирая между arb и glsl, чтобы посмотреть, что будет быстрее. А если выставить none, то, по идее, должен начать работать NVIDIA Cg. Потому что запрет GLSL в Wine 4.0 приводил именно к этому. Но только на проприетарном драйвере NVIDIA. На остальных, отключались шейдеры

В идеале, использование NVIDIA Cg даёт прирост в скорости 15-30%. Например мне это значительно ускорило StarCraft 2
